Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. What #39;s on Offer? Competitive basic salary of GBP28,000 per annum (OTE GBP45k) Bonus scheme based on performance and customer satisfaction. Additional company benefits, including pension scheme and holiday allowance.
