Your new role As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing multichannel customer service to the community. This role is full-time and offers hybrid working, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. What you #39;ll need to succeed You will need prior customer service experience and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Your ability to handle multiple channels of customer interaction will be key to your success in this role.
