M E Senior Quantity Surveyor | London | up to GBP85,000 | main contractor A major, award-winning contractor with multiple regional offices, have big plans for the rest of the year! With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for an M E Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially provide support on major, landmark projects on a wide range of properties in all major sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts!). In your role as M E Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting a Commercial team lead by a Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyors and offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors within the team, costing for projects that range from education and hospitals to warehouses. If you are successful in your application, as M E Senior Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic Commercial team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a higher role. The successful M E Senior Quantity Surveyor will have prior experience as a M E Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
