About the Role: As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our company #39;s growth and development, focusing on people and HR. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Coordinate recruitment and lead onboarding processes across the business. Oversee benefits administration, including pension enrollments and payroll queries, in collaboration with the finance team. Work with management to identify and address team training and development needs. Stay updated on HR trends, legislative changes, and best practices to ensure compliance. Recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures. Undertake HR-related projects as required by the leadership team.About You: Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally in a stand-alone HR advisory/managerial role. Minimum Level 5 HR certification is preferred. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in decision-making. Experience in handling complex employee relations issues with tact and diplomacy. Strong commercial acumen and adaptability to meet changing business needs as the company grows. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using HRIS systems and the MS Office suite.
