MEP Construction Manager The Company This MEP Manager #39;s role with one of the UK rsquo;s major main contractor rsquo;s. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor rsquo;s in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from GBP500k ndash; 50million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from GBP500k - GBP10million The Person We are looking for an MEP Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of refurbishment/fit out schemes. You will have experience of managing M E sub-contractors on site from 1st fix through to handover and you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the MEP aspects of the project. The scheme is a GBP30m fit out in central London. A recognisable building services qualification is required. Experience of working on fit out and interiors projects in the GBP1m-GBP5m range is desirable
