On offer is a competitive salary and appealing company benefits. Skills, Experience Responsibilities for the role of Architect: ARB registered with substantial UK industry experience. Meeting tight deadlines while collaborating with external consultants. Generating technical drawings, both freehand and using AutoCAD. Preparing Planning and Building Regulations packages, including submissions. Understanding CDM Regulations 2015. Relevant sector experience, ideally on large scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc. Strong technical and design skills. Effective client communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and composure under pressure.
