Accounts administrator

Simpson Judge is currently working with business based in Manchester City Centre. Due to successful growth, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to assist their close-knit finance team. There will be plenty of opportunities for growth and development. This is a permanent position, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP27,000 Roles/ Responsibilities Posting supplier invoices Responsible for payment runs Arranging dispatches for sales orders (stock allocation/arranging deliveries) Stock Management Arranging /sourcing supplier orders Raising sales invoices Bank reconciliation Skills/ Experience At least 2 years completing transactional duties- Accounts Payable or Receivable Sage experience is crucial Excel skills- Vlookups and pivot tables is ideal At least AAT Level 3 and studying towards Level 4 / ACCA / CIMA / ACA Previous experience in technology or software development is ideal Benefits 22 days holidays + Bank Holidays + 1 day off for Birthday Pension Bonus scheme Sociable events Interested?
