Site Manager - Housing Location: West Midlands Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 + Car Allowance Job Type: Permanent I am working with a national speculative house builder based in West Midlands who is looking for an experienced Site Manager. 40 hours per week. Car allowance. Bonus pension scheme available. My client is a national speculative house builder who is starting a brand-new site to produce 480 units. Homes are valued between GBP260,000-GBP300,000 The Site Manager will be responsible for: - The planning, organising, and delivering of the site development. - Management of material orders to limit waste - Effectively allocating time scales of Sub-Contractors start dates across the site to maximise progress. - Ensure program of works is being met. - Build maintain healthy client relationships. Site Manager Requirements: - A Site Manager with proven experience working on Volume house building. - Be able to liaise with relevant parties when holding site meetings to discuss project build program.
