Job description:

This well established firm in Central London are expanding their team with an Architectural Technologist or Technical Designer. You will be joining a multi award winning practice with a proven portfolio delivering brilliant projects across mixed use, residential, commercial fit-out and retail sectors. Key responsibilities -Working in a close knit team of Architects and Designers focusing predominantly on RIBA stages 3 4 producing documentation for tender construction on projects both in the UK and Internationally. - Technical package drawing delivery including partitions, joinery architectural metalwork - Updating and managing the Revit model regularly - Coordination of consultant services drawings and models - Minute taking site reports - Site visits to inspect the progress of the works - Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors Must have middot;Proven experience working in Revit (Revit tests may be carried out as part of the interview process) middot;Degree in Architecture, Interior Designer or Architectural Technology Benefits: middot;Hybrid working 2 days a week middot;Private Healthcare middot;Gym membership contribution middot;Flexi working hours option middot;Bonus #39; Please do get in touch: (url removed) for more details
