Project Manager - Housing Location: West Midlands Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 + Car Allowance Job Type: Permanent I am working with a national speculative house builder based in the West Midlands who is looking for a Project Manager. 37 hours per week. Car allowance. Bonus pension scheme available. My client is a national speculative house builder who is starting a brand-new site to produce (Apply online only) units across multiple sites. Homes are valued between GBP260,000-GBP300,000 The Project Manager will be responsible for: - The planning, organising, and management of site operations. - Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to. - Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades. - Complete project handover and ensure everything is snag free. - Ensure program of works is being met. - Build maintain healthy client relationships. Project Manager Requirements: - A proven record in Project Management in a residential/housing background. - Be able to liaise with relevant parties when holding site meetings to discuss project build program. - Full UK driving license.
