What you rsquo;ll be doing: The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in providing an outstanding commercial finance service to key stakeholders and help drive profitable growth within the UK Region. What we need you to bring to the business: Qualified finance professional (ideally ACA or equivalent) Strong aptitude for business partnering with the ability to analyse and draw insights from numerical data to tell the underlying story lsquo;Hands on rsquo; attitude and intellectually curious A great communicator with exceptional attention to detail Initiative, drive, ownership with a strong determination to lsquo;get things right rsquo; Able to spot opportunities to improve processes and then automate delivery Excellent influencing and persuasion skills What rsquo;s on offer in return: A competitive salary of GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 per annum Outstanding benefits including a bonus scheme A flexible working environment where you can plan your own week and work at least 2 days a week from home Mentoring coaching Continuous professional development What rsquo;s next?
