Job Title: Project Manager Location: Derby Salary: GBP40k-GBP50k Job Type: On-site The Role Our client is currently looking for an emphatic Project Manager who is able to manage multiple complex projects at one point, all the way through to completion. You will be a key member of the team and will be instrumental in building rapport with all key stakeholders. Duties and responsibilities: To provide, as well as be involved in set project goals, objectives and tasks whilst outlining the necessary resources needed to complete the project. To be responsible in monitoring of the projects and being able to address any issues that may arise. To be able to gather resources, identify constraints based on live activities and timeframes and to choose viable solutions to rise over any issues. To manage resources, as well as a portfolio to ensure engagement from clients through to schedules, project plans, tracking, budgeting and resource allocation. To be able to optimise and improve processes, identify growth opportunities and to initiate new projects. To conduct project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff and identifying room for improvement.The Candidate A degree qualified, or an equivalent of an industry experienced project manager, business or other related field. An expertise with project management software (Primavera or Microsoft Project). The ability to solve problems by analysing issues, logical conclusions and recommending practical solutions. To demonstrate the ability to coordinate, direct, and follow up with team members to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
