We are recruiting on behalf of a residential children rsquo;s home in the Burton area with fantastic facilities for the children and an excellent training program for staff. * Who Are We Looking For? While prior experience in care or a related sector is preferred, what matters most is your dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of children. * The Environment You Will Be Working In: Join a team of approximately 12 supportive coworkers who share the common goal of creating a nurturing environment for children with additional needs. From assisting with daily routines to participating in engaging educational and vocational activities, you #39;ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of these children. Plus, enjoy the unique perk of working on a site with its own farm and plenty of outdoor activities for the children to enjoy. * The Children You Will Be Working With: Our children live on-site year-round and have a range of special needs, including autism, complex needs, and emotional challenges. While personal care isn #39;t required, a level of empathy is essential. You #39;ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with these children and contribute to their growth and development. * Training and Opportunities for Progression: Regardless of your experience level, you #39;ll undergo a comprehensive induction and receive ongoing support and training. From shadowing experienced staff to gaining additional qualifications in health and social care, we #39;re committed to helping you reach your full potential as a caregiver. * Shift Pattern and Pay: Enjoy a set rota and the stability of working at one site. Your shift pattern will consist of 3 days on and 3 days off, with hours from 07:00 to 22:00. Join a team of around 10-12 other support workers and receive a starting salary of GBP28,000. * What Makes This Role Different?
