Maintenance engineer

C N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer for a 4* hotel based in Welwyn. This is a stunning location to work, the hotel boasts various restaurants, function rooms, bakery and cocktail bar. The Role: middot;Carry out day to day repairs within the hotel. middot;Run and record schedules as a part of the maintenance team. middot;Complete small projects work and make reactive repairs to keep hotel running smoothly. middot;General painting and decorating around the hotel. middot;Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns. middot;Respond to all building related issues. middot;Deal with guest related concerns. middot;Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard taking full responsibility for all worked carried out. middot;Laise with relevant departments involved in works. middot;Keep all disturbances to guest to a minimum. middot;Report any issues to the Head of Department. Person specification middot;Experience of working in a hotel environment middot;Mechanical/Plumbing experience middot;Electrical experience middot;Aware of health and safety middot;Flexible. middot;Team player. middot;Calm and self-motivated.
