Key Responsibilities: Support teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups in primary schools within the Wandsworth Borough. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, working with individuals or small groups of students as needed. Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and establish positive relationships with students and staff. Provide additional support to students with special educational needs or those requiring extra assistance.Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential. Flexibility and availability to work on short notice, as per the demands of the role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
