The successful Architect will have a keen eye for detail, boast design flare and have substantial post qualification experience across the RIBA stages. Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Architect: Several years of post-qualification experience ARB Registered Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages (0-7) Demonstrable technical expertise and design flare Job running experience Proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD, Vectorworks Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch up is preferred Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations Ability to work well in a team environment Managing a small team assisting with development Cultivate strong long lasting client relationships Live locally to south west HampshireInterested in this or other roles in Architecture.
