Requirements: Proven experience in a support role within the educational or related sectors. A sincere passion for working with students with ASD, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of their diverse needs. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with students, colleagues, and parents. Agility and adaptability to thrive in the dynamic setting of special education. Beneficial to possess relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
