Mobile Maintenance Engineer ndash; FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings ndash; Bristol ndash; Up to GBP45,000 + Package CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around the Bristol area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to GBP45,000 with a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of up to GBP45,000 Plenty of overtime 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Van Fuel Card Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunitiesHours of work Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00Key Duties Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot cold) Carry out all aspects of M E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Compliance and logbooks CAFM systems (elogs and Webquote used onsite) Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner. Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. Be proactive to ensure all H S issues are reported/escalated as required. Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues. Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client. Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency. Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
