As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Providing support to ASC students in their academic and social development - Collaborating with the teacher to plan and deliver personalised lessons and activities - Offering one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance - Encouraging independence and fostering a positive learning atmosphere - Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to the teacher - Assisting with personal care tasks, such as toileting and feeding, when necessary - Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to ensure optimal student support If you have previous experience working with ASC students and possess a genuine passion for special education, we want to hear from you.
