Job Title: Technical Customer Support Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: GBP25-30,000 per annum Location: Redditch Job Description: Are you technically minded with the ability to understand complex queries and enquiries? If you have experience within a sales administration or technical customer service role this may be the perfect next move to progress your career. My client is looking for a candidate to join their technical sales support team in Redditch. They provide full technical training on products with ongoing development. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers answering calls and emails. Process through orders checking details carefully. Upsell and cross sell where possible to maximise revenue. Ensure correct materials are in stock and provide ETA rsquo;s accordingly. Skills and Attributes required: Preferably working within a sales administration or technical support team previously. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Confident when speaking to customer on the phone and over email. This role is Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with a 30 minute break.
