Construction Site Manager - Groundworks and Civil Engineering GBP55,000 + package Overseeing various small groundworks sites - Site Manager Working on a permanent basis as a Site Manager you will be responsible for the successful management of various small groundworks projects, usually working for the same clients, and travelling between each small project. The site manager role will be on the following types of projects; Green field sites, small amount of earthworks, stoning, drainage, light landscaping, cabling and ducting installation for lighting, cctv and M E. Installation of security fencing and the building of a concrete base for a small modular building. The Site Manager will construct a small concrete yard and road infrastructure possibly too. Some have wash bays and a mechanical fitters area too. All works are subcontracted out so this is an overseeing site manager role and weekly management of the subcontractors (a groundworks business, a fencing business, and an m e contractor). Each site will be roughly 15 ndash; 50 acres in size and used for storage of salvaged cars. Salary, truck, holidays, pension and career progression available Salary GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 + package
