Occupational therapist

We are excited to offer a compassionate, dedicated Occupational Therapist (experience equivalent to Band 6) the opportunity to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Located just two miles from Lincoln rsquo;s historic city centre, This neurological rehabilitation service provides accommodation for 12 adult residents. The facility is fully adapted for wheelchair access and boasts en-suite bathrooms, a therapy room, training kitchen, and a community garden. We specialise in supporting patients with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury. Our interdisciplinary team is composed of skilled professionals, including a Rehabilitation Consultant, Neuropsychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, work together to develop person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise independence and recovery. We deliver high-quality and intensive neurological rehabilitation. Our comprehensive approach includes physical, cognitive, functional, and vocational assessments, along with behavioural management and complex disability assessments for adults.
