1st line support engineer

You will be working on a highly secure site near Reading, hybrid working is supported after onsite training, you will also have the opportunity to gain Security Clearance. Job summary: As the 1st line support engineer you will be logging calls via HP Service Manager, providing first time fixes if possible including resetting passwords and permissions, if you are unable to find a fix it, then it will be escalated to 2nd line support.
