Senior administrator

Due to company growth, Mpeople have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Operations Administrator with experience in accounts and costing, to join the expanding team of our well-established client based in the Tameside area. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will undergo 3 years of references and a DBS check. * Location: Dukinfield * Salary: Depending on experience * Hours: 8am to 5pm, with an early finish on Fridays. Duties as Operations Administrator will include but not be limited to: middot; Reviewing work in progress costs against budgeted costs, analysing any cost over spend middot; Customer and product analysis, reviewing packages of work middot; Analysing previous costs to support sales and estimating team middot; Approve contract reviews middot; Sales forecasting middot; Reviewing supplier terms and conditions for final sign off middot; Produce various KPI rsquo;s middot; Monitor Advance Production Reserves middot; Handling training middot; Providing cover and support in processing wages, annual leave requests and processing timesheets. middot; Manage customer commercial issues middot; Regular reviews with accountant around work in progress and overheads middot; Resolve sales ledger debt issues middot; Processing sales invoices middot; Raising recharges middot; Processing new customer/supplier invoice queries middot; Processing purchase invoices middot; Resolving customer/supplier invoice queries middot; Raising purchase orders middot; Handling suppler statement reconciliations The successful Operations Administrator will possess the following skills: middot; Experience within manufacturing is essential middot; Knowledge of accounts and costings is a must middot; Experience with SAP and Excel including V Look-Ups and Formulas etc. Benefits: middot; Flexible working hours middot; Compressed working hours available middot; Performance related bonus middot; 33 days holiday, including bank holidays middot; Onsite parking including PHEV charging at subsidized rate middot; Company pension scheme middot; Perkbox middot; Career development middot; Overtime available Candidates with experience within a similar role, or those who have knowledge of accounts or costings will be considered for this role.
