Accounts assistant

A growing, established Accountancy practice based in Bristol is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. They provide a full suite of accounting and business management support to an array of clients. This is a permanent, hybrid position with an immediate start. There are part time hours offered. You must be eligible to work in the UK. Hours: Monday ndash; Friday 8:00am ndash; 4pm with flexible working arrangements Salary Range: GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 Responsibilities to include: * General bookkeeping duties * Balancing accounts * Processing invoices * Bank reconciliations * Completing VAT returns * Checking company statements * Management Account Preparation * Processing client rsquo;s Payroll Requirements: * AAT qualified desirable * Minimum 3 years rsquo; experience working as a Bookkeeper * Previous experience working with Xero and MS Office * Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Benefits: * Study support * Free parking onsite * Extra holiday allowance * Annual bonus reviews The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of clients which will mainly consist of Sole Traders and SME rsquo;s, varying in different sizes.
