As a key player in our Banbury-based organisation, you will contribute to the production of high-quality aerospace components that push boundaries and shape the future of air travel. Summary: Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Location: Banbury Pay Rate: GBP14.55 plus shift allowance Hours: Double days (Rotational) - 06:00-14:00 /14:00-22:00 Responsibilities: Perform a variety of tasks related to the production process, including assembly, inspection, and testing of aerospace components. Operate machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and workflow. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. Desired Skills: Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in production operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
