Are you an experienced Chef looking for a brand-new exciting opportunity? My client is a luxury beautiful independent hotel, set within gorgeous grounds, that offers elegance to all its clientele. They are looking for a hard-working talented Breakfast Chef to join their back of house team, providing amazing level of pastry dishes to their clientele in their rosette level kitchen. #x202F; #x202F; Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will need to have access to their own transportation. Kitchen Staff are offered off-site staff accommodation at GBP60 an hour and includes bills. (Food and internet not provided) #x202F; The main duties and responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef will be: #x202F; #x202F; Preparing breakfast foods and conference buffets and lunches to a consistent high quality Liaising with the Head and Sous Chef to provide exceptional service levels to all guests of the restaurant. #x202F; Assisting with the daily specials and input with the writing of menus Collaborate with suppliers, and ensure deliveries are all in order. #x202F; #x202F; The ideal Breakfast Chef will: #x202F; #x202F; Experienced Chef ideally having worked in a Hotel kitchen. #x202F; Be reliable and work well in a fast-paced environment. Be adaptable and confident.
