Your role We are looking for compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join an established team to help support a fabulous, chatty, and engaging 19-year-old within our family home setting in Norwich. Our client has complex medical difficulties which require clinical and personal care. Full training and shadowing opportunities will be provided to ensure Support Worker feels confident and comfortable with the daily routine. Support Workers will also need to be able to support a range of stimulating activities throughout the day to positively enrich our client rsquo;s life. Access to a car for transport would be an advantage due to the client location, the nearest train station is Norwich.
