Junior motorsport engineer

We are looking for graduates / junior engineers within design, simulation, development and manufacture of powertrain systems, electronics, and software for Motorsport, Automotive and Marine applications. We are looking for first class Automotive and Mechanical Engineering Graduates who have recently graduated. Come and join the motorsport team, working on projects spanning multiple racing and non-racing disciplines, including: F1, IndyCar, World Rally Car and Hybrid Automotive. You should be able to demonstrate: bull; Minimum degree education in a related Engineering Degree (i.e. Mechanical, Automotive or Electronics) bull; A year in industry engineering placement and/or relevant post graduate work experience bull; Strong understanding of engineering principles and different powertrain systems (including hybrid) or Electric propulsion and Electric Vehicle subsystems zwj; We are looking for someone who has had experience of or exposure to: bull; Engine dynamometer and sub-system rig testing (Development) bull; High level of competence in planning and executing testing activities, analysing data and reporting findings in a clear and succinct manner (Development) bull; Knowledge of powertrain design, manufacture, and assembly (Design) bull; The design of engine components and some 3D CAD and FEA stress analysis skills (Design) zwj; Combined with this experience, we would like you to display: bull; Excellent Project Management skills bull; A Collaborative approach to teamworking bull; The ability to generate new approaches and innovative ideas bull; Creative approaches to problem-solving bull; Agility and flexibility to meet evolving deadlines bull; Analytical expertise
