A new opportunity for an Office Manager has come up to join a very friendly team in the Hemel Hempstead office delivering projects to their clients. This company is looking for an Office Manager with a varied background in administration, management and project planning. The Office Manager role duties will include - - Team leader for a small team of admin staff middot; Carrying out duties for and supporting the Senior Leadership Team middot; Responding to calls, emails and meeting and greeting visitors - Liaise with Contractors and Suppliers middot; Organise travel and hotels middot; Maintaining Company Asset Register middot; Client facing experience attending meeting and being a first point of contact. middot; Liaise with IT providers co-ordinating troubleshooting issues and fixes for all IT equipment middot; Maintaining and updating company documentation and records middot; Manage Staff records for holidays, sickness, and other absences - Manage process of Starters and Leavers middot; General Admin Support as required The ideal candidate will offer a range of experience and know-how in delivering large projects to clients. Ideally you will have experience in the utilities, construction or power generation industries. This a full time permanent office based position working out of their Hemel Hempstead location.
