Our client in the defence and aviation industry is looking for a Records Specialist to join them for the duration of 18 months at their Gatwick site. Job Description Process record for Flight training courses for customers and internal training. Maintain and record data to track in various sources Complete all tasks related to records Archive and file records Hold regular meetings with Miami and Singapore to discuss upcoming EASA Aligned/EASA courses being run there under LGW ATO and any issues experienced Assist with Regulatory, customer, and internal Audits Support Digital Backbone Ensure first pass quality with forms and records. Review all forms for accuracy. Correct regulatory paperwork when needed Participate in cross functional meetings Flight Training Resource Planning Conference Lead Sheets
