Concept design architect

Conrad Consulting have partnered up with an award-winning AJ100 Architectural design studio in the heart of Bristol City to find a Concept Design Architect to join their team of talented Architects The studio has established themselves with multi award winning projects in the Architecture and Design scene throughout the South West region and projects in multiple sectors Internationally, Situated in the heart of Bristol City Centre this practice offers modern office spaces with a busy and creative working environment boasting continuous support, mentoring and development for the correct Concept Design Architect that will allow them to progress in their career. The successful Concept Design Architect for this role will need to be passionate and enthusiastic towards creative and concept design, have a strong and demonstrated knowledge within front end experience (RIBA stages 1-3) and possess a fundamental knowledge of large mixed use and master planning projects. Basic Requirements for Candidates are - RIBA part 3 qualification ARB/RIBA Chartered (min 2-3 years post-qualification) UK based experience Demonstrated experience in concept design, preferably on large-scale projects. Proficiency in creative software Including Rhino, Sketchup, Grasshopper and Adobe packages. Multimedia and animation capabilities (desirable) Familiarity with Revit and Adobe software Commitment to developing high quality design solutions Strong presentation and communication skills Experience across variety of sectors (desirable not essential)In return you will be offered a competitive salary with a generous benefits package within the region of GBP38,000-GBP42,000 dependent upon experience.
