Main Duties for the Service Administrator: Customer Service: Effectively handle key account service inquiries. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks to support key account operations. Invoicing: Completion of invoicing from an administrative perspective. As a Service Administrator, your skillset would include: Having the ability to maintain customer service satisfaction.
