Legal team assistant

Legal Team Assistant Temporary Assignment 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday This opportunity has an immediate start available for an experienced legal professional to support during a busy period. The office is based within the city centre of Peterborough with easily accessible public transport links. The hourly rate is up to GBP13ph depending on your level of experience. Duties will include: Preparing documents, letters, emails and attendance notes Drafting of basic Wills, LPAs and Court of Protection applications Completion of forms relating to tax i.e. Inheritance Tax Arranging internal team meetings, collating and preparing information for internal meetings Team diary management including arranging meetings and appointments Screening, prioritising and dealing with incoming e-mails, post and voicemails Taking minutes in meetings Run weekly reports Preparing and submitting lawyers #39; expense claimsIf you are available to start immediately and have legal support experience of the duties above then click apply now for immediate consideration.
