Activities assistant

Job Scope: We are looking for an Activities Assistant to join our team. The Activities Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing residents rsquo; quality of life by coordinating and facilitating engaging activities and programs. Collaborating closely with the Home Manager and support teams, the Activities Assistant creates a stimulating environment that promotes residents rsquo; physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. As the Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of a diverse activities program. Your role will involve contributing to a weekly schedule tailored to residents rsquo; interests, maintaining an events calendar, and documenting residents rsquo; responses to activities. As the Activities Assistant, you will actively participate in team meetings, assist in gathering residents rsquo; life stories, and uphold Health and Safety standards. Your pivotal contributions in these areas will significantly foster a sense of community and fulfillment for our residents.
