Design engineer

VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Design/Development engineer for a leading agricultural company based in Newmarket. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3D CAD and Adobe Suite experience within an agriculture and manufacturing setting. Duties include: * Produce 3D models and technical drawings to guarantee accuracy and high quality. Generate technical diagrams for production and service purposes * Collaborate with the Production team * Design decals for machinery * Develop and draft new designs * Update operator and parts manuals for the current machine range * Conduct FEA simulations on both new and existing parts * Support in the creation of sales and service documentation * Provide guidance to junior designers * Verify that machines adhere to The Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and EU Transport Regulations (Homologation) and are in line with ISO Standards If you are currently looking for a new challenge and your experience matches the criteria above, then please apply today to be considered
