Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor Location: East London Package: GBP60,000 - GBP75,000 plus car allowance and bonus Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are renowned for working on some of the UK rsquo;s most iconic projects. Due to excellent growth and the winning of new projects over other leading Contractors in the industry they are now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to be number two on a GBP70m project. Duties The number two on a GBP70m New Build RC Frame project that consists of 190 units where you would be working alongside the Senior QS. To maximise the planned gross margin on projects and support the achievement of the project #39;s budgeted profitability. Tender, evaluate, recommend and appoint consultants, subcontractors and to place orders for materials and plant all within delegated authorities. To implement policies for price, costs and gross margins. What is in it for you? GBP60,000 - GBP75,000 per annum. Car Allowance Bonus.
