HR Advisor Dexcom in Edinburgh is looking for a HR Business Advisor North, to be based in Edinburgh . The position is reporting into the Sr HR Manager Region North . Main responsibilities of the HR Advisor * Provide a professional HR service to our employees and managers in Edinburgh (on occasion to Camberley and Benelux employees) * Build strong customer focused and trusting relationships with managers and employees * Develop, communicate and maintain human resources policies and processes aligned to best practice and employment labour law. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in applying these policies and procedures. * Partner with our HR COE groups to execute plans on companywide programs and initiatives and support with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits processes as required. * HR Systems: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data; database access control and manipulation of system to produce reports as required by HR and or the business. * Payroll and Benefits: support of the monthly payroll and benefit administration for all employees including liaison with internal payroll team. * HR Compliance Audit. * Build and support a positive employee engagement culture across the region and support business leaders with employee engagement activities * Involvement as required in key HR projects across EMEA. * Ensure that all HR support to the business is provided in a compliant, high quality and timely manner.
