Quest Employment is seeking a motivated individual to join an installation company based in Banbury as a Team Leader on a permanent contract, offering a competitive salary ranging between GBP25,000 to GBP28,000. As the Team Leader, you #39;ll be entrusted with overseeing the Britclips section, managing all aspects of work, capacity, and addressing any issues that may arise. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the accuracy of stock and locations, while continually evaluating and implementing productivity improvements to enhance efficiencies, service, and quality performance. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the Britclips section, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any challenges. * Drive productivity improvements to enhance efficiency, service, and quality performance. * Uphold Health and Safety procedures, fostering a safe working environment and attitude among the team. * Participate in staff Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and conduct regular review meetings throughout the year. * Ensure compliance with Quality Control Processes, overseeing the packing of goods as per specifications and facilitating distribution according to established workflows. Desired Personal Specification: * Experience in supervising/managing a team. * Strong educational background with proficiency in English language and Mathematics. * Knowledge of setting and operating general machinery and associated accessories. * Familiarity with Production quality control processes. * Experience in machine and tooling preventative maintenance.
