Business Support Advisor Role Profile The Towcester office is the valuation hub within Berrys. We have a strong administrative support team and collaborative working is part of our ethos. The role involves supporting our rural teams in the delivery of their work and assist in the smooth running of the office, offering an excellent level of service. The role will include; typing of correspondence and reports, diary and email management. A high level of engagement with delivery is expected to include checking figures, proof reading documents and identifying improvements to work processes. The successful candidate must have experience in an office role in a professional services environment. Duties will include although not be confined to: Monitoring of emails and managing, filtering and prioritising communications Drafting letters/emails to clients including terms of business and invoice covering notes Audio typing File administration including dead filing and archiving Production, collation and logging of invoices Answering of telephone and co-ordination of electronic diaries for meetings Processing Anti Money Laundering checks in accordance with relevant regulations Preparing marketing material and use of in-house agency software Business Support Advisor Person Specification We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual with a ldquo;can-do rdquo; attitude. They will take a proactive and adaptable stance, suggesting solutions to problems.
