They are looking for a Test Engineer to join their expanding team on a 5 month rolling contract basis. The role will be based in Solihull. Job Description As a Facilities Planning Manager your main responsibilities are: Thus, you will need to be proactive in your approach and develop relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders to drive the end result, in line with the Clients #39; Creator #39;s Code. These projects will include all aspects of Health and Safety and as the Client is a keen promoter of Zero harm, safety will be top on the list. This role is a key position in the delivery of GME #39;s core works, and covers a wide spectrum of delivery, from Feasibility, Procurement, Manufacture, Delivery, installation, commissioning and handover. This is a highly demanding role with green field opportunities providing opportunities for international travel and a sense of autonomy and control over your work. Qualifications / Skills needed Our Client is seeking an experienced multiskilled and rounded Engineer. Broad knowledge of logistic engineering concepts, systems, equipment and facilities used and on the market. Knowledge and experience of supporting the development and costing of proposals, right through to delivery and final project completion Previous experience and strong background of engineering delivery works from conception through to delivery and completion is essential. Experience in contractor management and site installations, to deliver benchmark Site Safety performance. Clear understanding of site safety, Safety legislation (CDM 2015 Reg etc) and that of contractor management. Why work through Contech #39;s?
