They would now like to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to the team. The Right role: Duties of the role will include: middot; Logging on QUBE/ECS of all telephone, e mail, fax and letter communications middot; Help Desk Management Activities for Team Portfolio middot; Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Team Portfolio middot; Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Team Portfolio middot; Developing and Implementing Tendering procedures for works required for Team Portfolio middot; Producing maintenance reports for AGM, or ad hoc Meetings with development directors. middot; Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the Team Portfolio. middot; Assisting with the administration of Solicitor ldquo;Sales pack rdquo; information. The Right Fit: Ideally you will come from a Property Management background. Full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential
