Sales administrator

Leading company are seeking for a Sales Audit Administrator to join our Accounts team based at our Head Office in Carlisle. Main responsibilities include: The following tasks are key to this role but are not exclusive or exhaustive. middot; Complete weekly store audits middot; Reconciliation of store sales to cash/cards/voucher payments middot; Follow up/investigate discrepancies middot; Deal with credit card charge-backs by collecting relevant information and responding to Worldpay within timelines middot; Log manual credit card slips and remit for payment middot; Arrange and order new data and equipment in advance of new store openings middot; Send documentation/supplies to stores as and when required middot; Ensure stores have relevant information regarding floats, gift cards etc middot; Post journals middot; Reconcile allocated suspense accounts middot; Any other general finance administration as and when required middot; Process Stock take results and investigate if necessary The post holder must have the following: middot; Flexible approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team middot; Able to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines middot; Attention to detail and accuracy middot; Strong verbal and written communication skills middot; Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
