Sales and marketing coordinator

Barker Ross are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a leading food producer supplier company based in St Albans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company #39;s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to increase online presence and improve the company #39;s marketing efforts. In addition, you will also support the management in the marketing sales strategies, developing and implementing ideas that will help the organisation to meet sales #39; goals. Key responsibilities: middot; Creating and maintaining sales tools. middot; Conducting extensive research on competitors #39; titles. middot; Producing promotional material to support new titles. middot; Creating, monitoring and reporting of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. middot; Participating in exhibitions or tastings organised by the company in UK or abroad if required. middot; Sending emails for promotions and new products emails. middot; Managing the company websites. middot; Managing the photography or graphic designer company used. middot; Sending customers satisfaction questioners to understand were to improve their service. About you middot; Proactive self-starter with the drive to deliver results and able to hit the ground running. middot; Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve measurable outcomes that improve business performance. middot; Resilient individual with the ability to operate in a demanding and fast-paced environment. middot; Demonstrable ability to quickly take on new information and apply themselves to new tasks. middot; Highly professional and able to build credibility quickly and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Skills Experience middot; Bachelor #39;s degree in marketing, communications, science or a related field would hold a significant advantage. middot; Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the FMCG sector. middot; Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills. middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software. middot; Detail-oriented and well-organised. middot; Creative thinker with a proactive attitude. middot; Understanding of industry trends is a plus. This is a full time, permanent opportunity. Salary for this opportunity is GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 plus company benefits. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm - office based. Ideally you will live in St. Albans and have your own transport.
