Recruitment administrator

We #39;re looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join us in Birmingham City Centre. The role of the Recruitment Administrator is critical to the on-going success of the business, so we require a committed and focused individual with exceptional attention to detail. Working in a team, your main responsibility will be to ensure all our temporary workers are fully compliant ahead of their start date. Recruitment Administrator Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) Permanent Birmingham Centre (100% office based) GBP Up to 26k The role of the Recruitment Administrator is to support the ever-growing team. Duties are as follows, but not limited to: Assist in resolving general pay and time sheet queries from candidates and clients Conduct thorough checks to verify candidates #39; right to work in accordance with legal requirements Process Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for candidates as required Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of compliance documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance procedures are adhered to at all times Monitoring and chasing outstanding compliance documents via telephone and email Assisting with activity and business reports as required Inbound and outbound telephone calls Day to day and ad hoc administration duties including data entry/updating and sending emails Building strong internal relationships to help resolve and escalate queries Build and maintain rapport with our temporary workers Contribute to team meetings and have a collective team approach towards wider goals As a Recruitment Administrator, you will benefit from: Team nights out and social events Career progression as the team grows Fun and supportive work environment If you are interested in this role, please get in touch so we can discuss in more detail
