Trainee property administrator manager

Trainee Property Administrator/Manager My client is a well established and successful property management company based in Borehamwood, Herts, who as part of their expansion are looking for a proactive individual who has ideally worked in an office based role and is confident dealing with customers over the phone. This is an office based role The role responsibilities will include:- * Taking inbound calls from owners of the properties * Logging property details and the issue being reported * Contacting the relevant contractor to attend site and completing all relevant information onto their bespoke system * Following up with the leaseholder or freeholder to keep them informed of when the contractor will attend site * Once the works have been completed up dating the system with costs etc * Liaising internally with the Property Manager and accounts teams You will have experience of dealing with customers over the phone, be confident dealing with people at all levels and keeping details of all information to follow up. If you live locally to Borehamwood, Herts, are proactive and able to work on your own initiative and under instruction and want a role where, in time you can grow within the company to an Assistant Property Manager and then into a Property Manager role.
