JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we #39;re looking to add an experienced Manual Turner to the team. The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced precision engineer... see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the machinist required. The Successful Manual Turner - Package: * GBP31,434 to GBP32,448 per annum (dependent on experience) * Regular Days Shift (Mon to Thurs - 8:00am to 4:30pm) ( Friday - 8:00am to 2:30pm) * Overtime available paid at 1.5x (subject to availability) * Modern, Clean working environment * Free Parking The Successful Manual Turner - Requirements: * Manual Turner * Experience working on conventional Lathes * Experience working on conventional Mills (desirable) * Experience working on Dean Smith Grace, Colchester Mastiff or Ajax Lathes * Experience manufacturing components from Stainless Steel and various Exotic metals * Experience working to tight tolerances * Ability to read, draw and interpret engineering technical drawings If you #39;re interested in finding out more or you believe yourself to be the right Manual Turner for the role, apply, and if successful you #39;ll receive a call within 48 hours explaining the next steps
