Recruitment Administrator GBP13 per hour Monday ndash; Friday Full time Huntingdon Our client based in Huntingdon is looking for a confident Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. You will need to be available for a minimum of 6 months and this role could potentially go on longer, or even permanent for the right candidate. The Role: All general administrative tasks. Booking of interview space Maintain company website and current vacancies. Advertising of new vacancies across job boards Conduct early-stage vetting of applications to ensure suitable candidates are passed to the relevant people. Effectively manage direct applications through the recruitment inbox and appropriately respond in a timely manner. Ensure compliance is thoroughly completed for every candidate that is interviewed. Ad hoc tasks Skills Abilities: Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident administration skills. Experience and good working knowledge of Excel. Recruitment experience not essential, however beneficial.
