You will be leading the strategic development and implementation of 4D models, integrating time and scheduling intricacies with 3D design. Aims to provide advanced expertise in 4D planning methodologies, fostering enhanced project visualization and coordination. The scope includes leadership in utilizing sophisticated planning and modelling tools, mentoring less experienced planners, and contributing significantly to the successful execution of construction projects through comprehensive visualisation strategies. What you #39;ll be doing Under instructions from 4D Planning / Planning Lead / Project Lead, undertake: Identifying planning scope, major constraints, and contract requirements alongside identifying major quantities and factors affecting the programme. Apply advanced expertise in 3D/4D planning software, demonstrating proficiency both individually and as a collaborative leader within a team. Skilfully integrate inputs to produce outcomes of the highest standards for the project, highlighting strategic insight and enhanced capabilities. Integrate 3D models, understand spatial arrangements, and efficiently navigate software. Manage the file system, incorporating 3D models, objects, labels, legends, and metadata as required. Leverage advanced expertise to meticulously validate program sequences using 4D software. Link activities with 3D objects in a highly ordered and structured manner, displaying precise durations and appearance types to satisfy twin model requirements. Modify the program to include necessary details for animation purposes, and monitor, gather, and incorporate accurate progress information into visual planning reports for periodic updates. Leverage advanced expertise to proficiently manage 4D and video files. Produce, distribute, validate, and modify high-standard professional animation presentations, ensuring optimal project impact and stakeholder engagement. Ensuring the 4D outcome is functionally compliant with BIM requirements, business management systems and project planning procedures. Produce very detailed high-quality animations to facilitate description of complex methodologies and processes in a visual way to inform punctually or use commercially, e.g., tenders or client presentations. Use of the required 4D animation production and rendering software. Contribute to set up appropriate lean visual programme to assist the Project Team to timely deliver projects and improve productivity, performance, and safety of projects. Who we #39;re looking for Skills: Analytical and problem solving Good understanding and management of data and processes Excellent communication skills Negotiation and Conflict resolution Leadership and Mentorship Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software (like Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6 or ASTA) commonly used in the industry, as these are integral to creating and managing project schedules. Competent in 3D and spatial representation: able to produce 3D models with modelling software like Sketch Up, CAD, Revit, Microstation, etc. Competent in 4D planning, able to integrate 3D models with programmes (time), creating a project digital twin. Able to produce periodic project reporting in 4D enhancing communication of the plan. User of 4D software: Synchro, Furzor, Navisworks, etc. Competent in 4D animations: able to produce advanced animations to facilitate explanation of complex methodologies and processes for bespoke internal or commercial use. Able to integrate 4D outcomes with video editing tools to produce high standard presentations. Experience: Proven experience in successfully planning and managing projects from initiation to completion using planning software like P6, Asta etc. Highly experienced in using 3D modelling and 4D Planning in a variety of different projects. Proficiency in advanced project management software, as well as other relevant tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Experience in construction or other sectors with transferable skills that align with the demands of the construction field.
