Recruitment consultant

The Recruitment Solution (TRS) are a specialist automotive recruitment consultancy, with an office based in Chingford, and consultants working from home. Due to recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with current or previous automotive experience. Whilst previous automotive experience is important, we also look for the following attributes: bull; Being tenacious and self-motivated bull; Being fun and engaging bull; Being organized and committed to exceptional customer service bull; Be ambitious and creative, able to find solutions bull; The ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time bull; Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and clients bull; Confident to meet candidates and clients in person when required bull; Ability to follow a tested process bull; Excellent administration skills bull; A quick learner We have many excellent clients nationally, including privately owned automotive dealer groups, automotive manufacturers as well as large PLC #39;s.
